Observation

While conducting a complaint investigation, teachers informed this licensor that they suspected the alledged victim to be physically abused by a parent. The teachers also heard mom say that she uses corporal punishment. Yet the teachers were told by director Woodrome to not report the incidents to intake and not document bruises. The teachers nor the director (at that time) did not report these known incidents.
